How it Works

The Exhibit

Based on location and size, exhibit costs will vary. Our minimum price is set at $1,000 annually with a minimum three-year agreement.

Recognition of Sponsor

  • Sponsor will receive recognition as the Exhibit’s exclusive sponsor, including a recognition plaque mounted on the wall beside the Exhibit.
  • Recognition on DSP’s website & Social Media sites
  • A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held, and a media release will be sent out if requested.
  • Recognition on donor wall

Next Steps

  • Schedule a meeting with us to tour the desired exhibit space and discuss designs and ideas.

  • Once agreements are made, DSP will propose the annual sponsorship pricing for the desired space.

  • The Sponsor will work with DSP to provide any updates, renderings, costs, timelines, and detials on completing the exhibit. Adjustments will be made, then approved by the Programs & Exhibits Committee, and then final approval will come from the Board of Directors.

  • The P&E Committee will then present the proposal at the following Board Meeting for final approval.

  • Contracts will be generated and signed by sponsor and representative of DSP.

  • The 1st annual sponsorship fee should be paid within 30 days of signing the contract.

  • Fabrication and/or exhibit updates can be coordinated with DSP for installation.
