Join us March 9-13 for 5 fun-filled days of camps at the Discovery Science Place!

Camp subjects change daily, and you can register for a one day or all five!

Camps are divided into two age bands: K-2nd and 3rd-5th.

Camp fee covers snacks and all camp supplies.

Cost: $35/student/camp (DSP members receive a 10% discount).

Monday: Take Flight

Campers will spend the day learning what makes things lift off and take to the sky. Rockets and paper helicopters will be constructed, as well as parachutes to allow our creations to come back safely to the ground!

Tuesday: Race for Space

Visitors to this day of camp will get to spend some time in the new Discovery Dome portable planetarium. Our space explorer campers will also construct habitats and explore new worlds on our journey across space.

Wednesday: Creative Construction

Our guest engineers will spend the day learning what it takes to make things strong and sturdy for humans to work with and live in. Machines, building and more will be created and crafted. Ziplines and giant wall marble runs may be crafted during the course of our day.

Thursday: Kitchen Chemistry

A favorite for every week of camp, campers will get to make all the gooey, messy, slimy things that you are dreading making at home!  Oobleck, slime, and instant snow will all be explored during this camp.

Friday: Kingdoms of Life

A new camp to the DSP, Kingdoms will allow us to explore the wonderful world of life around us. Animal studies and more will happen this day, as we explore the different areas of the world and its wonderful fauna.
