The Explore Corps, the volunteer team at the Discovery Science Place, wants you. The Discovery Science Place is a hands-on children's science museum that offers educational and entertaining exhibits and programs designed for the young and the young at heart.

If you are looking for a meaningful and unique opportunity to serve children and your community, you can join the Explore Corps.

We are in need of volunteers with a wide variety of skills:
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Desktop publishing and graphic arts
  • Clerical
  • School group chaperones
  • Floor monitors
Special talents and skills, such as bilingual or multilingual, magicians, comedians or musicians, please let us know.

The museum is open every day. Shifts are available for weekdays and weekends.
